Almaz is a contemporary geometric sans designed by Kyrylo Tkachov and Serhii Makarenko and released by AlfaBravo in 2020. It draws on twentieth-century Ukrainian modernism through dynamic letter construction and an avant-garde rhythm rather than literal historical styling. The family contains nine styles and is intended primarily for logos, large titles, book covers, and identity design, while its calmer weights can also carry short passages of text.
